The girls that work here are great! They're always friendly and will go out if their way to help you. Today they helped me for over an hour to find the perfect outfit for a Christmas party. They suggested items and styles and accessories, brought them to me and really understood the look I was trying to create. Even when the site is busy, they still make every effort to help every person find what they need. Much love for Torrid and all the clothes that actually fit my plus-sized body and complement my curves.

I went to this store recently and I was horrified by (who I believe was) the manager. She was talking to the staff as if they weren't human beings and it honestly made me so uncomfortable. She was essentially trying to embarrass the staff by saying that they were incompetent in every way possible in front of customers. She will be lucky if any of the staff stay more than a week. It was to the point that I left as soon as possible. Very unprofessional.
