I came in a few weeks ago looking for a 2 bedroom apartment. The young lady Erica was truly helpful and informative. She took her time with my son and I. As soon as its closer to our move in date in March she will be the first person that I call. The model was lovely. Community was so quiet and clean.

The community is really beautiful. In spring time you can see Cherry Blossom trees right outside your apartment. The grounds are really well kept and there is greenery all around. Its great for a morning walk around the Bent Willow Circle. They have a really large pool and outside barbecue area. The management staff is really helpful and nice to talk to. All issues are resolved promptly. Love the place!

Cherry knoll Apartments is a great property to live. This is my second year living here and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect and you can be on the highway in less than 4min. There are plenty of shopping stores close by including the outlets and the RIO so you don’t have to travel far for groceries, pharmacy, entertainment and fine dining. More about the property is the buildings are secure. Also, there is plenty of parking and you can even get a reserved parking. In the morning I always see the grounds, maintenance and housekeeping cleaning and gardening. In the spring you can see cherry blossoms bloom right outside the buildings and it’s beautiful! My unit has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and a walk in closet which are some of my favorites. The amenities are also a bonus with the pool, gym, grill, etc... The staff in the leasing office has been so nice, efficient and helpful. If your looking for a place to call home cherry knoll apartments is definitely it :)

Cherry Knoll is the best. I love it here. My sister and I have been here for about 5 years now. We have no complaints. Staff is always helpful and the place stays clean. What more can I ask for.

Oh my goodness. I love this place. Spacious Floorplan and the staff are the nicest people!! I came in to see the apartments because I'm moving in the spring and so very pleased I did. My search is over. Spring 2021 I will make Cherry Knoll my new home!!
