I brought my bass boat down from Vermont to Hanks Marine after I encountered an issue with my trim unit. Even though the problem was certainly one of a kind they listened to what happened and said they would have to contact the correct representatives to see what they would do concerning warranty. They kept me informed when I inquired to the progress and after all was said and done my trim was fixed and I was back on the water as soon as possible. Hanks service was the best I've received after going through numerous places over the years.
