These people are the worst sort. Apart of the system that abuses their power and gets off on punishing decent people. Not all are good parents, but I'm sure most are. Hassle to deal with and they drag everything out. I personally wish bad things on the people employed. If your reading this, your all trash and the lowest form of human being.

They are very slow to make anything happen. Took them over a year to start collecting on my case even though my ex was working the while time. The case worker never calls you back when you need them to. Sometimes it feels like they are on the side of the parent that has to pay child support. I mean how can you allow a person to get 20k in the arrears and not scan his SSN or put out a warrant for his arrest???? I've called and explained several times that he is working but I keep getting a scripted response as to why they haven't had any new information reported smh. If you're waiting for him to do it then his and kids will never see a dime. As soon as they see money is not coming in to them they should be doing follow up or scanning that social. This is ridiculous. They are not enforcement at all. Congratulations to all the deadbeat parents, you have an agency that is on your side and will do anything to help you not take care of your children.....I feel sorry for the kids that this agency is supposed to help but doesn't. I will be switching agencies to the one in my state . At least they care enough to want to help you.
