Surprised to see the negative reviews. My experience buying a new 2021 F550 from out of state, was perfect! Earnest Henderson handled my sale with honesty and professionalism, and delivered my truck to my front door. Couldn't be happier with their service! I will certainly buy from them again soon. Thanks Ernie and staff...

The absolute worst follow up imaginable. Dropped my work truck off 8am Friday morning. They looked at everything other than what I dropped it off for. I declined the items they recommended and asked them to address what it was brought in for. They told me they'd call me in by close of business Friday to let me know the status. NO FOLLOW UP from them on Friday which meant truck had to stay there over the weekend. I decide to go to the service department today (Monday) at 11:30am to find out what's going on and they said they'd call me in an hour. I called them (again) at 4:15pm and was informed that every one was gone for the day. This is totally unprofessional. I was looking to establish a good relationship with them so they could service my fleet. I guess they don't value me as much as I was looking to value them. I will go in tomorrow when they open to get my vehicle back regardless of what's been done.
Five months ago, our company had bought a truck from Chesapeake Ford in Maryland. The initial sales experience was great, however we have still yet to receive our license plates and registration. In hopes to correct this we contacted Ford Credit who hold the title and is currently receiving payments for the truck. Interactions with their customer service has been difficult and frustrating. We were directed back to the dealership. Chesapeake Ford has offered us nothing but platitudes and niceties; assuring us constantly for 5 months that they have done everything they can do. Once they even assured us that we would not be pulled over for driving a truck expired temporary tags. We are currently paying for a 60,000 a truck that we are not able to legally drive because the company we purchased our truck from is unable to move the registration process forward. Chesapeake Ford and Ford Credit seem to be passing the buck. Both institutions once receiving their sale and payment have made it clear that the concerns of the clients are of no consequence. Service after sale?
You know how you go to dealers and always have a bad taste in your mouth after? Well this was one of the few if any where I did not. This place is not glamorous at all and is more for commercial/fleet repairs, but at the end of the day what I want is my issue addressed with no nonsense, no back talk and no arrogance. Orren was my service advisor and he got me in right away because that is a sensible thing to do when all I needed was a key fob programmed (mind you I went to Sheehy and they said i had to wait a day for that, no thank you). Not at all what I was expecting after being forced to go to a dealer, but they were. Did I like the 150 mandatory cost Ford charges for a 10 minute job, absolutely not. 1 star there. But relative to my other dealer service experiences, I have to give them five stars.
Great place ,very good Mechanics. Fair price.
