Great company. Had an vehicle accident in the middle of the night. Called them and they got there quickly, within the time frame I was given, they gave me an accurate price for everything, and made sure they didn't damage my truck. They are a little pricy but the driver was excellent and knew what he was doing. They were calm and happy to help

Slid into the ditch while making a u-turn. Called Hickory and they were there in 5 minutes. Pulled me out and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes total. The expedience and professionalism is why I will only call Hickory towing for help.
Matt was awesome! I found myself in a very bad situation with another tow company (Metro) Where they were trying to take advantage of me. As a last resort I called Hickory, and quickly realized I should’ve just called them to begin with. Matt genuinely cared, and took great care of my car! Thank you!!!

About as good as it gets. I have a f250 quadcab diesel monster truck pretty much. And thought it was going to be crazy expensive to tow. They were nothing but extremely professional and very affordable. More then happy with there service and definitely will only be using them from now on. Thanks again!!!
