Well stocked. Very clean and well organized. Not crowded at all on a Monday afternoon. For some reason, this club has a much larger wine selection than the Battlefield location. I always enjoy going to this club when I am in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake. Good job to staff and managers.

Wish this was closer to home, I would come more often. I come here about once every 2 months and stock up. Always good prices on office supplies and stuff you would buy in bulk. They have a great selection of electronics as well too.

Bought waterproof laminate flooring for our bedroom and closet! Great product and fantastic price, too! Easy online ordering after seeing the product in the nearby Sam's Club. Store pickup was very easy thanks to the employees who loaded our vehicle with the 48 boxes of flooring! Love the convenience of ordering ahead and picking up outside the store!

I was in the store several days ago looking for a freezer. I ask Penny if by chance there might be one in the back. Penny took the time and checked, but there were none. Penny didn't stop there, she went way above and beyond anything I expected and took my name and number and said she would call when they came in. She called a few days ago and left a message saying she hadn't forgotten me and would call when they come in. Today I received her call and immediately went down and purchased my freezer. Penny's customer service and professionalism made shopping for a difficult item a breeze. Thank you Penny!
