Kids love it. I like the upgrade to the outside look of the store. Both employees (guy and girl) were nice and knowledgeable about products. Treated my kids nice and were patient. The kids are looking forward to the next visit.

A great little video game shop, I highly recommend making it your first stop if you're looking to beef up your retro collection or searching for that favorite old game. I was blown away by how inexpensive so many of the games here are. The selection and variety are unparalleled. I'm really looking forward to visiting Video Game Heaven again and again. Don't sleep on this place!

I love thos store and would happily work here if they let me. The staff is friendly and is more than happy to look up information if they don't know the answer. I have never been talked down to or felt like i was interfering with a \club\ like many gamers make you feel. 10/10 love the place

It's high time I updated my review for this location as the original one is several years old now. Of the 3 VGH locations this one is my favorite. I find this location has the a great yet diverse collections of games and supported consoles, whether it's the current generation (PS4, XBox One) or the older platforms. One of the great things about this location is they really seem to push new stock into here all the time and that turned me into a regular customer. Whether I'm shopping for myself or a friend who's down in Charlotte, NC. I try to get in here every couple of weeks to see what's available. The staff here is super cool and always helpful and I can't stress enough how wide their variety is. Also they do much better on trade in's than the chain game stores. No matter what console you collect for you'll probably find something here.
