I HIGHLY recommend this place for the best customer service and prices in the whole state of Virginia. Melissa is the Absolute Best and always stays in contact with you, even after business hours if necessary, and truly goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to educate her customers and help them understand how to take care of your boat. I Drive an hour just to go see them for my service and repairs and will continue to do so for the rest of my life!!! Thanks Wright Marine Team! You all ROCK!!!

Ordered a wrap for my boss's boat, and came highly recommended. Halfway through the delivery, the wrap came apart and broke both antennas in half. They refused any refund or compensation for the repairs needed.

I was told to go to Wright Marine and I am so happy I did. The owners are hands on operators and the staff and techs are there to be of service. They delivered a great experience for me by installing a new Yamaha VMAX motor and did it right , no short cuts, and with skill. I couldn't be any happier and I plan to return. I'm going to start this review by saying when we began the boat-buying process, my husband and I were on very opposite pages (maybe even different books). We looked for a used boat because new wouldn't fit in our price range for the kind of boat we were looking for. My husband saw the ad for our boat listing on facebook originally. Asked a few questions, Melissa was always quick and professional in her responses. We went and looked at the boat in person, Riley was very knowledgeable and polite. Matt took us out for a test ride before we completed our purchase to give us some insight to the boats mechanics. Savannah was always helpful, nice and smiling whenever we saw her in the office. We did have an issue during the process, BUT Melissa and the staff at Wright Marine went above and beyond to help us. They're an honest and hard-working group and it shows. We've been out on our boat two weekends in a row since we picked it up, and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. If / when we are back in the market for our NEXT boat, Wright Marine will be our first stop!
