I’ve enjoyed living in this property for the past year and a half. I went through 2 different property managers, and I must say the 3rd time is the charm. Our new property manager, Jenna, is everything and more. She’s been a great addition to Cheshire Chase. When I submit a maintenance request she’s right on top of it. If there’s something I need she is very helpful and goes above and beyond her duties to provide great resources. We also have a great new maintenance guy is very professional with his work and makes sure that you don’t need anything else before he leaves. I’ve been very satisfied with management around here!

I was in dire need of a place to live for my child and me. I passed by leaving an interview and seen Cheshire Chase. I took a chance even though the website, as well as a posted sign, said nothing available. I still decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. Not only was I able to move in a week before Christmas the community manager Jenna Cloke was an angel in disguise. She helped me with paperwork, resources, and answered any questions I had without hesitation. Honestly if available and you need a place to stay and great no non-sense help come to Cheshire Chase, you won't be disappointed.

We are looking for the right place to live. Came here to Cheshire Chase and was really impressed with the location, cleanliness and the time that the manager, Jenna Cloke, spent with us. She was informative and showed us the property. Unfortunately, she didn't have any availability, but we hope to one day make this our home.
