Very quick loading, the lady working the guard shack was really nice and so was the lady at the shipping office, plenty of room to get backed in, not a bad place at all to pick up a load

Guard at the gate has no clue of what’s going on ,Came to check in and was given a map of property and was told to “find my way”. They couldn’t find proper load and documents and by that time ,the proper building I was supposed to go to had closed .Supervisor “Bob “ is very disoriented and unprofessional,Safe to say everyone at this chemical plant is .Anyways driving home empty to Michigan for thanksgiving thanks to these clowns .Avoid this place at all cost ,Don’t mind if I go up the mountain slopes empty handed !!
One of the guards at Gate One was extremely rude on the phone. Cussed at our business on the first phone call and repeatedly harasses us with additional phone calls. Ridiculous.
