Woman answering the phone was extremely rude. I asked for any information she could give me and she said she couldn’t give me anything until I tried it on in store she then said she was to busy for me. I understand she couldn’t give information until she sees the dress but to be told she was too busy to serve me was when I said goodbye. Well they just lost good business.

I've been a customer since 1999 or 2000, I've never had a problem or complaint, their tailoring was always perfect. Some complain about the price, but I would hesitate to take a 500 garment to a dry cleaner for alterations, unless you know that they are already great tailors. I bought a dark blue blazer here on my first visit years ago, which I've worn at least 200 times and it still looks great! Thank you Elegant Custom Tailoring.

About a month ago my husband brought a few pairs of pants to this tailor for hemming. He was surprised by the 25 per pant fee but didn't make a big deal about it. However, the woman reacted very defensively. Today I have to take one of these pairs of pants to my dry cleaner to resew the hem Elegant Custom Tailoring hemmed because it became undone after one wearing. Now I have to pay again. Feeling frustrated even more now about the whole experience. UPDATE: My dry cleaner charges 14 per pair of pants for a hem.
