I contacted multiple surveyors who stated they would come out fast and offered an affordable price & they never showed. Harvey & Parks was the ONLY company who showed so for that im giving 5**** stars!! They quoted me the exact amount over the phone & stated someone would come within the next week, but somehow they came THE NEXT DAY!!! Received a plat and fence proposal for my HOA. The guys who came out explained everything to me & everything clearly marked. Would def recommend to anyone needing a survey done on there home or for HOA purposes.
Great customer service! The guys who came out were very polite and professional! Got the plat 2 days after they came out! Everything I needed to get my building permit, for the county!! Definitely reccomend this company!!

Make sure to get a written quote on the work that is to be done and the price you have to pay. When I got the invoice it was not what I had asked for and the price was much more than I agreed upon. I had put this out on Angie's list and had several responses, none were higher than 350. Harvey tried to state they quoted me 375 to 425, which I know was wrong because I would have went with one of the cheaper surveyors. Also, when I received the invoice they said I was already past due. This was my error for not getting the information in writing. Lesson learned.
