first off this was my third trip to rugged Marine seems like every time I bring my boat there it comes back with a different problem and something on their endbut besides that fact I decided to try them again they called me Monday told me to bring my boat in that they could get right on it my master power switch wasn't working they said no problem they could have it ready by Thursday which is today I called them ask them how it was going the lady told me that they hadn't even got started on it that they're 3 weeks out I informed her that Jack called me on Monday and said that beings it was only a power switch they could get right on it and take care of it because I had a tournament to fish so I believe the owner got on the phone to me with a very bad attitude and told me every time I bring my boat there I have a tournament to fix and I had to wait in line just like everybody else I would be fine with that but number one don't have an attitude problem number two you guys are the ones that told me to bring it in and you could get right on it so they decided to park my boat out in the middle of the parking lot and told me to come pick it up that's pretty bad business from somebody who spent over 1,500 with you do not go here ever I'm warning you guys
