The staff and service at Chesterfield Valley Dental is phenomenal and very professional. My wait time was less than 2 minutes. I appreciated how nice and attentive the staff was to my needs. My Dentist, Dr. Rahm educated me on my visit and provided excellent feedback on my dental needs. He has excellent customer service. Ms. Lisa, the Hygenist educated me on each step of my cleaning process and assured me that I will be able to appreciate my smile again. Her warm and friendly demeanor gave me comfort while she cleaned my teeth. Nicole, helped me get set up and prepared for Dr. Rahm. Her presence along with her excellent customer service was very accommodating. Rachel truly prepared me for my visit and patiently walked me through the entire triage process. She provided excellent service with a smile! I recommend everyone go see the team at Chesterfield Valley Dental. You will not be disappointed!

I normally hate going to the dentist, but I had a fabulous experience! First off, they got me in last minute which was so appreciated, but not expected. The office is very neat and clean and all COVID precautions seem to be taken. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Lisa, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, answered all my questions and went above and beyond by getting me samples of toothpaste and floss that might help my sensitive teeth/gums. Dr. Rahm was personable and professional and took time to make sure I understood what he was noticing and possible options to fix issues. I would go back to Chesterfield Valley Dental willingly and confidently!

Today was my first visit to Chesterfield Valley Dental. I was very impressed with the office appearance and atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rahn was also very impressive. I had a very favorable experience there and would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.

I visited for a cleaning and my experience at the dentist office was good- people were friendly etc. I just moved from out of town and when I asked if they took my insurance they said yes but were not clear that it was \out of network\ so I received a 260 bill for a cleaning that is typically 100% covered. Make sure you ask if your insurance is in network or out of network before you go to your appointment. Was very disappointed with their lack of communication.
