Massage table and sauna were great! My sister-in-law and I made an afternoon out of it. I felt amazing the next day with less joint pain and overall feeling of increased health. I definitely plan to return.
Treatments were great, staff was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Clean and welcoming environment, relaxing music and positive vibes. My body felt at least 10 years younger all day and I slept great. I felt rejuvenated!

UNREAL- so clean- so welcoming- so relaxing. The LCD projectors in the infrared sauna are an awesome touch and help your mind escape back into nature The women who was working was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of ample parking. An excellent price and overall experience. Sign me up! We will be back asap no joke!
I decided I needed a day of relaxation and came across a Groupon for them. I couldn’t have made a better choice. The massage table mixed with the sauna was the perfect combo to help me get rid of some built up stress. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong going here
The infrared massage was 36 minutes of pure bliss! The husband who was working the front desk was warm and friendly. Highly recommend!
