I cannot recommend MCRM enough. I first met with Leslie and she made me feel so welcomed and confident. I left my first appointment knowing I was in good hands, and I had made the right decision by choosing MCRM. With my previous doctor, different medications were thrown at me, and I didn’t feel like I was receiving individualized care. At MCRM I know they worked hard to develop a plan just for me! Every single person I have met through MCRM is absolutely incredible! Even a few of them feel like family now. They are very quick with responding to any question asked, which, let’s be real, all these crazy hormones running through your body can make you go crazy at all hours of the day! Very clean, inviting office and friendly staff. The doctors are very compassionate and have great bedside manner. I was under their care for a little over a year. The nursing staff/coordinators seemed a little overworked and during my first round of IVF there were a few miscommunications with my coordinator. The second round was much better. Overall it was a good experience.
