I was happy with the whole experience but Susie made it special. She went above and beyond what you would expect from anyone. We were uncertain with how some pants fit and she said her rule is EVERYONE leaves happy under her watch and she lived up to that. She did everything she could to be sure everything was perfect. FANTASTIC customer service.

I just want to give a BIG thank you to the crew at Mr. Penguin Tuxedo Rental!! My mom ran out of gas on the side of the road today and had no cash on her. Today was in the 90's so you can imagine how hot it was!! They not only gave my mom's dog some cold water to drink, but they sent my mom inside where it was cool while they got her gas free of charge. They told my mom not to worry about paying them back. Thank you to the wonderful people that went out of their way to help my mother today. Your kindness and care is just what this world needs.
Friendly staff and great customer service! I rented my wedding tux from there. There was a color mix up with the tie and vest. The staff was able to correct it on the spot!
Initial visit was promising I have yet to go in and finalize my order but being given a brief walk through of their operation it was very reassuring that this was the right place to get my tux rental for my wedding.
Always had quality suits on time for me every time I've needed a quick rental.
I wasn't a big fan of Susie who was rather rude while getting fitted for a suit for my father's funeral.
