I am super excited about Petropolis. They were totally \there for me\ in a pinch. I needed immediate boarding for my German Shepherd and hesitated contacting them due to the shortness of notice and the fact that my vet is a completely different city. However, with a simple phone call verifying his shot record, Petropolis accommodated him....and FOR FREE as it was his first stay at Petropolis. Despite his being a 95 pound beast, they were very welcoming and gave me thorough updates on his status and behavior while at Petropolis. They even sent pictures and information on his demeanor and relation to other dogs. Even further, I was pleased with the personalized attention and affection - and treats! - Petropolis provided. Oh, and every single member of the staff with whom I interacted was friendly, professional and helpful.

We had a great experience with boarding our dog Ben at Petropolis! Everyone we had contact with was professional, and put us at ease, as this was our first time boarding. He was truly in great hands. During boarding, we took advantage of a couple add-on sessions, and grooming, which all turned out great. We loved their professionalism, and organization, they made everything easy for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you Petropolis!

This is my dogs’ first time at Petropolis. Everyone was so kind and attentive. I was a nervous dog mom but the staff made me feel so much better. They called multiple times to tell me how great the dogs were doing and sent daily picture updates.

Excellent care. I am a new puppy owner and I have a min pin that needs help with socializing, and getting some of his wiggles out. He’s a yappy little thing. The puppy’s first time was excellent. He made some new friends and was a favorite amongst the employees. After a full day of daycare, the puppy was relaxed and slept all night for the first time since he arrived to our home. I had to wake him up to go pee. Mission accomplished! We will definitely be back!

I have used the services of Petropolis since they opened here in Chesterfield. Training, grooming, doggie day care and extensive boarding. The service has been excellent and the staff has been pleasant, helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend them to any who ask.
