Was a terrible experience . I went for my CDL test and it was loud and crazy couldn't concentrate due to the distractions and a young woman who had her child with her that was crying uncontrollably. So long story short I have to go back to retake the test. With that bring said the employees are all amazing and I truly believe there should be a private sound proof testing room.

As with most businesses these days Covid has taken it's toll. Getting an appointment is a royal pain! Today, 01-21-21 the earliest appointment available was in April some time. Unless of course you are able to get online at precisely 8 AM or noon. Then they release a few appointment times. You'd better be quick though! By the time you're done checking boxes the time you want could be gone! Even with an appointment it still took 35 minutes to renew my driver's license. Has to be a better way! 12 computers available for their employees and only 4 people behind the counter to wait on people. ???
