As a woman, this is a wonderful place! I have nothing but good things to say about the staff & St. Luke's. I have been going for several years and each person who performed the actual mammogram was very sweet and made the experience as pleasant as it can be. They even offer warm robes :)

Very rude office staff.I was accompanying my wife on Oct 18 at 4.15 pm.Reception staff had no courtsey to say hello, she just told me to go out and wait outside in hallway .There is no place to wait outside. There was small bench where 2 hospital employess were seating and talking. There was nobody in reception area and it was empty.Even then I was not allowed to wait in the reception area. Very unpleasent visit .We will stop going to this office.

The staff in the Women's Center are incredibly compassionate. I have had the unfortunate experience of needing to have multiple procedures. They have all been so warm and empathetic.

My wife went to the women's center for a mammogram that was ordered by her physician and she received the worst customer service in healthcare. Her appointment was at 11am and she got there at 10:45am, she sat in the waiting room for 30 mins and then went to the front desk to find out what was going on, they was trying to get the order from her doctor office correct. That would not have been an issue if someone would have address her and let her know. She was then called to the back to another waiting area. The nurse that came to get her pronounced her name wrong and acted as if it was not a big deal and told her they just wanted to do an ultra sound on her today because she was only 31. She was then taken back to get the ultra sound and that nurse also commented on her age and asked her why she was there. After the ultra sound was done the nurse told her, they didn't find anything thing that was a big deal and don't know why you having pain in your breast, keep a eye on it and let your doctor know and sent her on her way. Not giving her any details and leaving her with more questions.
