My husband and I just so happened to come across a Facebook posting of a Camaro 2ss located in New Bern. Scott Travers reached out to us and let me tell you, this was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had with a car dealership hands down! It was fun, completely stress free and exciting! Our company lost our only key to a fleet vehicle. The Service Manager and staff worked with us to schedule a time for a technician to come out to our place of business to make additional keys for us. However; we were able to find the key and amazingly the staff at Chevy came to our office, took our van to the dealership and made additional keys. In addition to making the keys the manager noticed the check engine light was on when bringing the vehicle to the dealership. He called the office right away to let us know and to ask if we would like them to look at it. Gratefully they were able to fix the check engine issue, as well as, the new keys in one day. They even brought the van back to our office when it was complete! Professional, kind, and expedient staff. We are very grateful!

When I got upset and realizing I just could not afford the payment on on of the vehicles I was interested. They took time and said they could drop the payment to where I wanted it to be if I didn’t get the vehicle loaded. It was very nice of Michelle and Rory at the deLership
