Bought a used truck with 30,000 miles on it. Said they loved helping military veterans, but im still giving up an arm and a leg for the payments and warranties. Apparently it passed serviceability inspection. About 2 weeks of owning it, this crack on the windshield became more noticeable. As you can see, this was not formed from an impact such as a rock on the freeway, but it was formed over time. I contacted chevrolet of puente hills, sales manager never reached out to me after I left a message and the sales person who sold me the truck pretty much said there's nothing they can do, it passed serviceability inspection. Obviously the service techs overlooked this, and chevrolet refuses to take responsibility. Really consider this before purchasing from this dealership.

I saw the new 2021 Malibu RS and fell in love. I went on the their website and saw that they had one for an amazing price. From the first inquiry they were very attentive. Our salesperson Hector was great! He was very knowledgeable and did everything to make sure the deal was done to fit our budget. We are now the proud owners on a brand new Malibu!! Very easy. A little disappointed when the truck was delivered and the running boards, all weather floor mats, tire locks and storage bin under rear seat were missing? The dealer promised they would deliver to my house so hopefully this happ ed ns this week. Other than tjat. Very happy.
