My Mom a sweetheart and an angel was TWO MINUTES late for an appt. and they refused to see her!!!! She is in her 70s still working took a full day off (UNPAID) and Dr. Litman's staff just requested that she reschedule. She has issues with her knee and really needed to get some sort of medication or remedy so she can continue to work and make money and Dr. Litman's staff could NOT be any more rude. Really TWO minutes late when my Mom does not drive anymore and they are located on the 14th floor!!!!! Shame on you people and this review WILL be circulated into MANY search engines!!!!!
