Live Better Hearing is fantastic place for kids! Dr Heuber is just a lovely and patient audiologist! My son felt immediately comfortable with her! She’s taking time to explain you everything you need to know ! And I need to mention Ricky who is in charge of every appointment! Such a kind and sweet person as well! I’ll definitely recommend them for any earring issues!

Dr Heuber is wonderful and so is the front office staff that is actually in the office. The new centralized call center however is frustrating as all the calls run through that now however that doesn't take away from the Dr Heuber and what she does. The process was easy and seamless from the hearing test to the fitting of my new hearing aids. They actually work with many different hearing aid companies and she is an expert with all of them so you know it's not just a practice that has a contract with just one hearing aid company. Will continue to see again. Just email her instead of calling the centralized call center because those who answer the phone really have no idea what they are doing however the actual front office staff in the Chevy Chase office is great and very nice to deal with. It is a very relaxing environment and easier than I thought it would be.

Dr. Allison Heuber is Terrific. Very smart, professional, patient, kind and knowledgeable. She spent quite a bit of time with me to uncover a defect with a newly purchased product. I returned it for a full refund. I look forward to working with her again in the near future to find a product that better suits my needs and lives up to the hype.
