I went with my husband for the couples massage, and it was amazing. The whole staff is very professional. The place is very relaxing and very beautiful. The massage therapists were amazing. My husband was very pleased and so was I. I was kind of upset at us for not booking at least 90 minutes. We had the deep tissues upgrade since we work sitting down and it was highly needed. They gave us the deep tissue massage, but it did not bruise or feel overworked afterwards. We also upgraded to the CBD full body oil and let me tell you!!!! It felt amazing!!! All day our skin tingled and all of the aches we have since we are definitely not in our prime. I highly suggest for couples, but I am definitely going to make it a point to go back and take care of these computer work knots at least once a month. Lovely little place. :)

Used spa finder and it took the front desk staff 25 minutes after my appointment for them to figure it out which was a major inconvenience. Facial was great but the massage was not detailed enough nor firm or deep even when requested multiple times for harder pressure. There was a mandatory 20% tip required which doest fit the definition of a tip which is a sum of money or funds customarily given by a client or customer for services provided. I agreed to this but didn't realize the total bill for a 60 minute facial and massage would be about 220.00. Will not go back due to all these circumstances.
The company requires a card on file which I put in my profile. I sent the screen shot confirmation. Due to THEIR error, or the app’s error, it isn’t showing on THEIR end. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. You lost a regular customer because I spend a fortune on massages. Adios. In response to the company: I have no idea what you’re talking about when you say “You cite communication and professionalism”. If you’re going to use a third party site for booking, make sure all the features work for your customers before offering it. You state the MINDBODY app doesn’t save the card information on your side, so why did you ask for me to enter it there in the first place? That’s the whole point of using a booking system-for customers to be able to book appointments and enter payment info safely and securely. I’m not comfortable with giving my card information over the phone as I am sure many customers feel. I spend THOUSANDS on beauty and health services and have NEVER had an issue with other companies and the booking systems they use. Once again, I’ll take my business to a company who has their act together.
One of the best if not the best massages I’ve ever had!! Professional staff, and relaxing place. Paul was AMAZING! The amount of pressure and stretch were great. I will definitely come back! Highly recommend:)
I've enjoyed many a pleasant time here since the early '90s. On my few last visits over the past couple years I was displeased to observe that many women chit-chat (usually in the sauna or the main room). This isn't OK and ruins the serenity for everyone else. Kabuki needs to be diligent about maintaining the peace and quiet here that patrons expect.
