Driver was late getting to my home to pick me up, but was very courteous and explained that company was working out bugs in new dispatch system, and they have less cabs on the street due to Covid-19. Same driver picked me up later to take me home since he was in the area.

Not sure why all the complaining. Booking process was super easy. Driver was on time (early) helped with our bags, and was cool as a cucumber. Would use this service again!!
