As trends in Chicago shift more towards personal branding there’s a special need for editorial portraiture and it holds a special place in my heart because I get to have a little bit more fun. We do office shoots every single week. Our prices for location headshots start at $1000 and vary depending on the size and needs of your group. I think most people know what colors look best on them. Black, white, and denim are very popular right now. I typically suggest people avoid red unless they have a dark complexion.  Do you offer discounts? The thing about being the best, is that I stay very busy. For that reason, I only offer discounts for groups of 3 or more. Do you only shoot headshots? The main focus of my work is people. That’s headshots and portraits. I’m probably not the right guy to photograph your family in the park, but I shoot a wide variety of personal branding imagery from headshots to portraits in my studio and on-location..  What should I wear to my headshot session? It’s hard to go wrong with black. It’s flattering on most people and works with a variety of backgrounds. I like white and denim a lot too. I like garments with subtle textures and as a general rule I suggest people avoid bold prints and bulky jewelry.  How should I do my hair? Headshots are all about looking like yourself on your best day. I’d caution against doing anything out of the norm with your hair because you likely wont look like you. There’s always a curling iron, a blow dryer, and a variety of hair product for touch-ups when you arrive at the studio. HEADSHOTS CHICAGO Everyone needs a headshot.
