The only reason you can have for not coming here is fear of heights. Otherwise, it's a must. The panoramic views are spectacular. Being able to see all of Chicago from over 1000 feet above is something that you'll never forget. Do the TILT! if you dare - it's one of a kind experience.

This is a nice viewing deck. I went here while I was in Chicago and was satisfied with my experience. I went into the Hancock Tiwrr and got on the elevator to the viewing deck, which took me up very fast. Once I got to the viewing deck, I admired the view for a while. From this veering deck, you can see Lake Michigan, downtown Chicago, and the Chicago suburbs in the distance. When I went here there was a restaurant on the viewing deck that I didn’t go to, but that was 2014, so I don’t know if it’s still there. After I admired the view for a while, I left the viewing deck, satisfied with my experience. I gave this viewing deck five stars because I got an amazing view of downtown Chicago from it and there was a restaurant there when I went there, which was pretty cool.

This place was amazing. A great way to see Chicago’s skyline. Breathtaking views. The tilt ride was an experience as well. Most importantly, the staff was amazing! I can’t wait to bring my family on my next visit!

My husband and I took a last minute trip to Chicago on what happened to be Valentine’s Day weekend. We purchased the date specific,Vday package. It included entry to observatory, tickets for the Tilt, a drink for each of us, 1 free photo and rose. We showed up on Saturday, Feb 13th around 7:45. Last entry was at 8. We were turned away and told they had reached their Covid limit hours ago. We were able to come back the next day around 10am and enjoyed the observatory. We received everything except the rose. The staff was polite and helpful. The view is breath taking. I linked out on the Tilt lol but my husband braved through it. All in all I would definitely go again.

Amazing views of Chicago from the 94th floor of the John Hancock Center. I'm not a big fan of heights but the 360 Chicago made me feel pretty comfortable despite being so high up. You can buy a pass at the entrance, met a few very friendly attendants. Before going up, you get to walk through a gallery area and learn about the history of Chicago. There's also a green screen and you can purchase the pictures afterward. On the 94th floor, you can pretty much see everything from beautiful architectures to the waters for miles away. I would love to come back next time to see a night view or around sunset hours because it's going to be even more beautiful.
