Who ever work today Friday July 31st 2020 at 8am was very rude when I called very disrespectful and hung up in my face just because I asked were they open. She needs to be fired VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
This is the absolute worst business I’ve ever Walked into I never get help and the attitudes are not caused for everyone at this location needs to be replaced or shut down . I will be contacting the BBB AS SOON AS THEY OPEN
Call to find out information about notoriety and attitude over phone was absolutely terrible. Where do you hire these people???
HORRIBLE!!!! Currency Exchanges generally hire anyone with the worst customer service skills possible but, this one rates -100 on a scale of 0-100. They charged me .25 to transfer 2 US Dollars into 8 US Quarters..why?? The rep I went to was cleaning her teeth with a tooth pic & her fingernails..SMH...I was asked if I wanted to buy cigarettes over 3 times by 3 different people blocking the entrance doors. This has to be the most unpleasant street in this beautiful neighborhood..be careful.
Terrible service and very unprofessional women with really nasty attitudes! They look very unhappy to be there or always having a bad day! Won't go back or recommend to this location.
