I came here for my passport photos, they were ready in 5 minutes. Also they have excellent camera and software for biometric digital photography and they also provide digital picture by email. One of the best quality passport, visa, immigration, citizenship and USCIS lottery photos in accordance with the country laws. They have accordance with 195 countries specification embedded for passport, visa, immigration, citizenship and USCIS lottery photos. Excellent service and very sharp high resolution quality picture in downtown loop.

I'm really disappointed. I had used this service several times over the years for passports and visas but will not be returning again. As mentioned in other reviews, the customer service is very poor and it's not worth trying to negotiate with the staff or having to get the work redone. Of the two passport photos, one had a smudge along the edge and the other had 2 small black specks. I thought that the specks would brush off (perhaps dust/dirt) and I really only needed to submit 1 photo, so I didn't say anything or request a reprint. Needless to say, the small speck couldn't be removed from the photo and caused a small streak, so I decided to use the photo with the smudge instead. When I commented to the employee printing pictures, she became extremely defensive and claimed there had been no flaws with the pictures (and definitely no offer to remedy). The point of having a business print the pictures instead of DIY is that you don't have to worry about mistakes in meeting the qualifications or quality guidelines. It's my fault for not having complained immediately and having the picture reprinted, but I won't repeat the mistake. I'll take my passport and visa needs elsewhere.
