Great service! We had an assessment for our loft unit due to pieces of brick that were flaking off the walls. They were able to determine that this was a normal event due to the unique construction of the units. There was no charge for anything, so I cannot comment on their fees; but we are relieved and more than happy with the service quality and professionalism they provided.

There was a great deal of confusion regarding the scope of work. They did a very good job on the one side of the wall that they worked on, but despite our request in the original scope of work they refused to work on the other side of the wall, claiming it wasn't part of the job. We were very dissatisfied with the way they addressed these issues. So go aheadand use them, but be certain that you provide them with detailed descriptions, drawings, and photos of all areas you expect to be worked on.
Amazing brick work! They did a superb job blending in the new work with the original brickwork. We are so pleased to have found John with his depth of knowledge about historic masonry to do the brickwork necessary.
We recently used AAA-1 Masonry & Tuckpointing, Inc for a client's awning cleaning project. We would highly recommend them. They were very dedicated to providing us and our clients with an excellent finished project. We will certainly use them again.
I found owner Rob to a pleasure to work with and now know a lot more about bricks and mortar than I did before. Prices were within reason (not the cheapest) but after watching his team work (led by foreman Andy) I am done getting three quotes and going with the cheapest. Thank you AAA-1 Masonry!
