I saw Anne Barnes at AB Bike Fit for a refit in November. I like Anne, and had used her when she was working out of Live Grit. Unfortunately I have had the same experience as others here and multiple other sites, Slow Twitch, etc. She was supposed to send my fitting measurements, review sizing for some new frames I was considering, send info on a wider handlebar, send info in regards to shoe sizing. Never heard from her again after our hour long session despite multiple attempts. Stay away.

**WARNING** I didn’t want to leave this review, but I’ve ran out of patience and hope. I had a bike fit with Anne 8 weeks ago to get fit for a new bike I was planning on ordering. Going into the fit session the stated goal was the fit information to provide to the manufacturer. At the time the experience was good and she took many notes she was going to compile and pass along to me. We ran out of time and I left with a lot of questions. After a few weeks and a few unanswered emails from which I still have not heard from, I stopped by her office and spoke to her briefly between clients. She said she owed me an email and I asked her for a call to chat about my questions. Nothing. In the past 2 months she has ignored multiple requests for a status update or another meeting. During the initial visit she was paid and I was under the impression the numbers would come soon after that. She also made changes to my current bike based on what we discussed during the session. This has resulted in new discomfort and has not addressed the issues I had going in. I’m sure we could have worked through it but that necessitates dialog and communication which she has failed to provide. I recognize that we are dealing with unusual times, and I am fortunate to even have this problem, but it takes a few minutes to email, call, or text a short update. she took payment and never provided the agreed upon output or updates. I’ve now lost money and time and am no closer to my new bike.
