Very Fung shway. Definitely appeals to the pop eclectic aesthetic. Small rooms but it does the job for a night. Very comfortable bed and roomy rainshower shower.

By far the best hotel experience I've had. Friendly and welcoming staff in a non American way. Room was just beautiful... Didn't want to go out! Location is great with everything within walking distance. Only thing that would keep me from giving a 5 star rating is that it might be fully booked when I return!

I've stayed here 4 times. The staff is great, the theme is fun, the hot tub is awesome, it's in a great location, and the price point is spot on. 10/10 would stay again.
We love the location of this hotel. We have stayed about 4 times now, and it's convenience to get to main sights is uncompared. It is very affordable and the bar and bakery attached is also fantastic. We will be going back!
The general stay was good however there’s two items needing improvement. The PTAC unit in our room was ridiculously loud.... like an airplane taking off randomly at night. Also, the other guests were very loud and we could hear everyone in their rooms throughout the night, slamming doors and yelling. It was spring break week, so maybe offering quiet floors or something would have helped. Generally the noise control needs improvement. It is convenient, clean and well priced.
Alot of misleading information on and for this hotel. I’ve stayed here many times traveling for work and was always impressed. This time however, I stayed on my own accord. I feel like my upgrade was a downgrade, the “free” (4 of them) toiletries were opened and used already, my bathroom wasn’t clean, my fridge was dirty and unplugged, and the kicker, my sink backed up, hahaha! Also, there is no business center there. There is just a HP computer in the basement that didn’t even work. Great job guys.
Nice affordable price , excellent service and quality, with the convenience of downtown chicago and the lake being a 15-20 minute walk. Definitely a stay next time I'm in Chicago!
