Attended a homeownership buyer in July. The staff is unprofessional.The class did not start on time because the teacher was handling other clients. The class was rushed through and skipped over a lot of information. After the class, it was difficult scheduling a 1-on-1 session to complete the course. Even when I had a confirmed appointment, no one contacted me. You have to follow up with them over and over to get a response. Also, they do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Please beware this is not one of the official courses you need to take for Chicago first time home buyers.
