I had been park here at least 2 times a year and I loved it . There was couple young short Middle East men drivers very nice and I tipped them 10 each way .But the last time, the older black man driver was bad, he tried to trick me for tips. I got there 45 minutes early and he tried to make it a hard time and end up he told me that he does me a favor and drop me off at airport. So I tipped him 10. On the way back, I called. He again and told me that I was late (15 minutes because the delay) and told me that he had to charge me extra. So I told him that “ your company charges me an extra day even though only few hours over the day”. I did not want to argue because needed him to pick me up. At this moment I knew that this guy wants to make money from me so I waited until back at the parking lot. I told him “your company had my credit card number and they can change me extra or here is my card please give me a receipt why you charge extra “. Ha ha! I knew it ! he told me “ that is okay, it’s on me “ . What’s the hell, he tried to make me think that he did me a favor. What is a BS! I did not give him any tips even though I already set aside 10 for tipped the pick up driver. He made me feel bad and mad on the way go and back. I already booked another company for my next trip and never book this company again.

Okay people who are complaining that the lot is tight, the shuttle is old and beat up and the attendants not that great. Yes the lot is tight and the shuttle is old but you are in it for a few minutes at best. I will take great customer service any day and not sweat the small stuff. Milton was friendly. He remembered me when picking me up. I came back during a snow storm and Milton was quick to tell me to get in my car so i could be warm. And he proceeded to clean off my car for me. Great customer service! Great price point!
This is my go to lot each and every time I fly out of Chicago. Their rates are very reasonable and the customer service has ALWAYS been professional. Fred and Jesus are wonderful, friendly and courteous. The lot is fully gated and secure. The service to and from the airport is always fast and safe. I highly recommend this lot for secure, affordable, fast and friendly service.
Very poor business ethics. They most definitely make a majority of their revenue by charging late fees. Who is ever on time when travelling? You better hope that there are no plane delays when using this company.
I mean, it's cheap parking. Have used a few times. Usually going to the airport in the very early morning is fine but the return is a long wait for the shuttle. I understand this long wait can cause problems for those leaving during peak times. Don't expect chauffeurs and limos and you won't be disappointed.
We reserved parking through Way for our trip to Jamaica. When we arrived at the lot, 2.5 hours before our flight we were told they didn't have space, they wouldn't honor the reservation we made and paid for. We should be happy we can get a refund but finding a new place to park was our problem. What a horrible service so if you choose to park there it's at your own risk and I'd assume you'll have to scramble to find parking and miss your flight. Worst parking service and just disappointed I had to give them any stars to warn all future customers how bad they are.
The most affordable parking if you book it through Spothero. Its only downside is its small parking lot which makes it hard to conveniently park your car in your small spot. However, the fact that the staff is readily available around the clock along with the low fee makes it the best spot as for your midway parking.
I love this place. Affordable, great customer service despite the fact that so many people are rude to the guys that are there hustling. Man! Are people rude and disrespectful! You know when you are flying to take your time and understand you need plenty of time instead take it out on these poor guys. They are hard working, fun, respectful individuals and for that I give you 5 starts. Also people tip well! Some of you with 10 pieces of luggage and leave a 1 tip, com’on!!!!! Stop being cheap!!!! Tip accordingly!
