I am in the process of remodeling my home. I was referred to this company by the contractor. My husband and I entered the store: 1. Was not greeted, the representative was with a customer, that’s understandable 2. When finished with the customer, he did not acknowledge us. We were the only ones in there. 3. I inquired about gutters, he nodded his head in the direction of gutters on the wall that were white. 4. I informed him that I wanted a color and with rain guard. I didn’t know rain guard was a company. I meant a leaf guard. He said they didn’t have it. He didn’t explain and frankly didn’t care. 5. My husband and I stood there waiting for him to answer our questions, show us samples. He acted as if we were invisible. Well we called the contractor while in the store and went to another one 17 miles away. They treated us with respect and even gave us sample colors to take home to match the roof. It’s all about customer service. I will pay more and drive more before I give anyone my money that doesn’t appreciate my business! Don’t go to this store, it’s not worth it!

Delivery here went well. Had me in and unloaded (shingles) in about 45 minutes. Would not hang around too long as they are not in the nicest part of town.
