Good Shisha , fast and friendly service, good ambiance. I liked their Shisha tables held the glass Shisha securely. The tea was ok, but nice that it was in proper teapot with loose leaves and not tea bags. The tv system keeps cutting out , so either fix it or get rid of it. It's a distraction . The shisha was ok, but lose flavor very quickly. The prices are reasonable and overall a good and enjoyable experience. Relaxing and chill.

It took 25 minutes before they serviced our coals and they were the size of a dime. Called for service 3 times. They also overcharged me for items I didn't buy (I asked for a refund). They are usually very good at keeping up service. This might be a one off I hope.
