I came here to deliver. Upon arrival, I parked on W Ann Laurie ( street is a dead end so don't go to far looking for a place to park) and walked all the way down towards dock doors W-4 and checked in at the second door that says 'Will Call'. I was given W2 immediately. The street has heavy truck and car traffic buy getting in the dock really isn't bad. I was in and out in 1 hour. And I'm not sure about a staging area, I didn't see one. I asked and the lady didn't really answer my question but told me if I wanted to finish my break in the dock that I could only because I was the last delivery.

They have overnight parking across the street, a little tight backing depending on truck and car traffic at the time of your delivery. But very polite and fast unloading
