Really cute bookstore! I stayed in here for almost two hours with a friend without realizing. Read some funny book titles, read random lines, pick up an outdated cook book and read an absurd recipe. Have some fun and support a local business.

Wonderful bookstore with a nicely organized collection. Whatever subject you're interested in, you're bound to find something that'll interest you. Great place to spend time browsing books, looking for something that piques your interest. If you like getting lost in a bookstore, this is the place for you.

I absolutly love this place. Great local spot with interesting finds. Gotta go often as the college nearby makes for some good buys if you catch them quickly. Matt behind the counter is a cool guy who seems to know a lot about the books and is helpful when asked for advise.

Armadillo's Pillow is a must when you are in Rogers Park or nearby. I could spend hours getting lost in the uniquely organized stacks of books and looking at the independent artwork that is sold, too! So wonderful, very welcoming :)

Book stores have always been magical places for me and Armadillos Pillow is everything you expect from a book store it's super inviting and seems to foster a come sit down and chill all day vibe. I was washed over with waves of nostalgia when I went into the fantasy section and saw old AD&D manuals. I spent most of my time with in the literature section and picked up two books. In an age ruled by big box stores and our Amazon overlords it is a comforting thing to see such a place in the world... Never change Armadillos Pillow, never change
