I had an appointment at 11:00 am to have someone give me an estimate on repairing/replacing my sliding screen door. I made the appointment with Trevor and he said Al would be the person coming to my condo. No one showed up at 11:00, so I waited until noon. I called and was sent to Trevor's voice mail. I left a message explaining that no one had showed up and wanted to know if there would be a delay. I left my name and phone number again, but no one ever returned my call, and no one ever came to my home. I wasted several hours waiting for Al to show up and no one had the decency or professionalism to return my call.

I had an appointment Friday afternoon (which I took off of work for) for ASC to come out and take measurements and provide an estimate for window screens to be installed. My appointment was for 1pm and by 1:30 no one had been by or called. I called and spoke to someone who said they would reach out to the guy that was out in the field that day. Whoever that was gave me a call and said that he was not given proper information for my job and hadn't planned on coming but could come the following day. I told him this really was a huge inconvenience given that I had stayed home specifically for their visit. He was sympathetic and told me he had a couple of appointments but would be over no later than 3:30. It's now Monday, do you think anyone has stopped by or called? Don't waste your time, super unprofessional!
