Every part of our experience with AVDG was smooth, and their attention to detail was stellar. We had a large project to install in-ceiling speakers all throughout our condo, and they sent out a project manager (Todd) to scope out or condo and gather our requirements - within days, they had a plan ready for. Jacob and Andy did a meticulous, clean job during installation, and they took the time to walk us through the system components they installed, answering all of our questions. The service was stellar, and the sound products they installed are of superior quality. They were even flexible enough to let us break the project into chunks to spread over time. These guys are the real deal, and they delivered elite service.

We needed a 20' x 12' electric shade installed in our condo. We were very nervous about it and spoke to several companies who declined the project. TVTI came in and made the whole process easy. They gave us great options, they were patient while we worked through our decisions. They were extremely affordable (considering what we needed). And in the end we could not be happier. 10/10 would shade again.
TVTI is pleasant to work with and Morgan is always willing to help me troubleshoot over the phone if I can't figure something out on my own. He makes things easy to understand, even for me who is the least techie person ever. Always helpful!
Hiring AVDG was the perfect choice! Working with Shell to have Lutron Battery Powered Shades installed in our office suite was a wonderful experience. From Shell's first visit to measure our windows and explain our choices for powered shades, as well as showing us \fabric\ choices, and filling out the forms for AVDG to be entered into our Accounting Department's database, to being here on the installation day to make sure everything was in order, was top notch service. The installation team was experienced, fast and professional. Shell made the entire process super easy. He is positive, pleasant, pro-active, responsive, reliable and knows all the aspects of his job. Shell is a delight to work with!
This is my second time using AVDG. First was a couple years ago when I needed help with a re-install at my office. This time, I needed a home upgrade during lockdown. Todd Riley and installers Andy and John nailed it. I couldn't be happier with my first-class audio system and their first-class service. Seriously- from initial consult to final configuration, these guys are on top of it and I won't go anywhere else.
