They told me they don't (ever) stock the item I purchased on their website, and they have failed to refund my money after 18 days! Plus, the item is STILL AVAILABLE TO BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE! I spoke with them on the phone and emailed multiple times with no luck. Seems to be a common complaint. This is at least shady if not illegal.

Bro this the best DJ store I been in all my life, they have everything I need. Service is very knowledgeable and the prices are amazing. It's like Disnleyland but for DJ's.
Excellent customer service!!!! Great deal and Fast shipment...Since this was one first time using a usbmixer which I needed for my virtual class, they were able to help me set it up as I had no idea what I was doing....Thanks to Bob and his awesome team I am able to have great music and audio for my virtual classes....I would definitely recommend them for DJ equipment for sure :)

We been happily shopping with AVmaxx for 3-4 years couldn't be happier they always have what we are looking for, their prices are in my opinion very cheap, keep an eye on their annual factory price sells, you cant beat those, will definitely keep on shopping there for many years more.
