I always get great customer service at this particular Best Buy on Elston, although not the one on North Avenue. Hard to believe the 2 places are part of the same company?? My questions are always answered and nobody ever gives me a hard time with items I've bought or pressures me into buying something. These were some of the problems I experienced at the North Avenue location! One of the nice things about this particular location is there isn't a high turnover, so I've gotten to know the service people, Ramon, Ariel, Sam (who recently left) and Ryan. It makes it easier to explain a problem to somebody who's worked on your purchase before and knows you. That's why I always go out of my way to this Best Buy.

I'm so very, very, happy, pleased, and delighted that I purchased a contract with these very knowledgeable, pacient, and polite 'Geek Squad' employees! Thank you Ernie and the rest of you guys for not making me feel like I'm a tech idiot dealing. I appreciate all of you and so does my son on west coast. I don't bother him anymore, I have my Geek Squad to call!

Very good location. Has parking garage. Security. Pleasant shopping experience. Also like that they have ship to store option that cuts down on time. Clean restrooms as well..
