Chuck Gullett helped me buy my first home. He was excellent to work with! He is very knowledgeable about Chicago property, including potential risks that go with the maintenance of older properties. He did a great job negotiating and helping me with multi-bid situations. He is super responsive and easy to work with. Finally, he truly cares about his clients. I was interested in a property and Chuck caught a news story about a nearby business that was being less than responsible and a nuisance to the neighbors. Let me just say, Chuck was AMAZING!! Chuck was referred to me by a friend in which he and his family had used him multiple times in the past with great results .I had been having difficulties selling my condo and Chuck gave me a few ideas for staging which helped significantly. He ended up getting our building VA approved to assist the buyer in getting funding and closed the deal in a timely manner. Chuck was great from start to finish with his recommendations, communication, advice etc. I will definitely be recommending him to friends/family. Can't say enough great things, thanks again for all your help!!

Chuck and his team were on point throughout the entire process. From recommending a painter to spruce up our condo, to creating the marketing materials, through the open houses and second showings, Chuck and his team were accessible, responsive and responsible. We sold our place quickly, and for a great price. In large part due to the efforts of Chuck and his team.
