Discovered this incredible place by accident with a huge craving for European crepes and I was delighted to find the best crepes in Chicago, totally by chance. We also tried the spicy mango ice cream which was creamy and delicious and great addition to my caramel crepes already. The owner was very very nice and was my best food experience so far during COVID. We will be back for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend Bistro 6050! I have been living within walking distance as long as they have been open, and I wish I knew about them sooner. The owner is from Belgium and he is a super nice man who is lovely to talk with. They have top notch customer service, and they have the best ice cream in the neighborhood. Enthusiastically recommend!

I love this place. There ice cream is so delicious, crepes and shakes! This place is so cozy too. Well right because of covid they're not letting people inside but hopefully soon I'll get to hang with my friends in this cute place. You must try this place don't think it twice. Also the owner's are so nice!
Simply put, best cafe experience ever. Incredible food, atmosphere, etc. Can't recommend enough! Crepe was expertly made, razor thin, and bursting with flavor. The empinadas were hot, light, and fluffy. And the ice cream is ON ANOTHER LEVEL. Also the utensils were disposable and wooden which I haven't seen before, but that was really neat. Edit: of you want to optimize your experience, just describe what kind of flavor you want and follow her recommendations, she knows what's best!
A terrific local cafe that has fantastic delicious empanadas among other tasty treats. The owners are delightful and dedicated to providing great food and attentive service. This is our go-to place for empanadas on the northwest side, and we'll worth the trip even if you're not in the area.
