Ordered a birthday cake. Cake was beautiful, I think that’s where people mistake the quality. People don’t like to face the fact they made a wrong decision. This bakery was the wrong decision. Forget about the helping small business song and dance. This place is super expensive, for what? A lot of butter??? The cake was not fresh. The cake fell apart while cutting. 170 no way. Pretty cake that’s all. You will not enjoy it. Shame on you for charging so much. To top it off the baker followed me to the door, not to help but expecting a tip, very tacky. Never again.

Ordered the chocolate galaxy with chocolate turtle flavor combo and it is divine. All good quality ingredients, especially noticeable in the quality of the buttercream. They had a freezer problem when I needed to pick it up so it was delayed a few hours but they offered to deliver it because of the delay which was nice. Good customer service. If you order a signature cake online, process is easy. Can’t speak to custom orders.

I ordered cupcakes for my nephew's birthday and from start to finish, the experience was excellent--as were the cupcakes, I hear! Emails answered promptly, staff very helpful on the phone with decisions and tips about timing of delivery. The delivery person was awesome--knocked on the door of my nephew's apartment, when no answer, he arranged with the lobby personnel to tuck this delivery away somewhere safe. The birthday boy called and said the cupcakes were delicious, beautiful, and fun. (I chose the avocado ones, which he got a good laugh at.)

Amazing cakes. Not too sweet, great whipped cream on top. Really love it. However I didn't like their hard caramel top on eclairs, but there is a lot of other delicious options.

We used Bjorn Cakes for the cake of our wedding last month, and WOW! Bjorn Cakes and her team did a fantastic job. We've gotten so many compliments from guests on how delicious both the devils food (with salted caramel and chocolate ganache icings) and vanilla (with strawberry and cream cheese icings) cakes were. I cannot wait for our anniversary so we can thaw our top layer and eat it again!
