There is a cool walkway under the station. Added bonus: you can get on the El train here. Also close to great restaurants.
Safer than the Red line, but after the evening rush you might have a little wait.
The Brown L line is ancient but it still serves the city well. It gets heavily used during the day around downtown areas. It does not go very fast because it had to make many tight turns around buildings. The rail cars are all fairly new. The announcement system within the rail car is loud and clear. The stations associated with the stops have their own characters. Some have been modernized and became artsy. Some are wheel chair assessable. The staffs are helpful.
I love the brown line
Pretty clean and runs on time
No bus stop by there , you have to walk a few blocks
Can't do without smiling
