jsyk, ANDvertisinginc has had two experiences with Carr Workplaces. The first in D.C. was a nightmare :( This one is pure paradise :) So what makes Chicago so much better? Its level of customer service. In D.C., customer service was inconsistent to nonexistant. At the AON Center, we receive a level of service comparable to the Ritz-Carlton. Thank you, Jamie. We've hosted a 4-day workshop in the training room for the past several years and our experiences have been excellent. We wrapped up another today and it could not have gone better. The training room and facility are both beautiful and incredibly comfortable. It's a venue we're proud to share with our attendees. The detail that throws it over the top, though, is the service. Every member of the staff we interacted with - from booking months ago, working on visit details, and on-site - exceeded our expectations to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed to make our event successful. They're extremely professional and accommodating. They make planning and hosting our events a breeze and that's why we'll continue to return year after year.
