i wish i could give this company less than one star. horrible, unprofessional drivers AND owners. i never had a friendly driver in my time using them AND i was injured boarding and the owner absolutely lacked compassion for her paying customers so i stopped using this service. i’m convinced the convenience is the only thing keeping this company is business because it ISNT their customer service.

One of the best experiences I 've had with a transportation service .Every driver I dealt with was very personable and work with me on my arrival and departure time of each of my appointments and the owner Tonja is priceless.
Horrible service I had a 12 PM pick up because I had a 1:00 PM appointment . I received no confirmation call. 12PM comes around I had to call my insurance company to see where my ride is; they tell me the driver is supposed to be here in 15 minutes it reaches 12:20 PM I decide to go outside with my mother to wait for the ride for an additional 25 minutes. So here it is 12:45 I come back in my house call my insurance and ask them to cancel the ride. I had noticed there's a message on my house phone around 12:36PM and 12:41 PM saying she was outside my house. I call her back, after I've already cancelled to inform her that she was in fact not in front of my house. The unprofessional driver gets rude and tells me that I was basically lying and that she called four times and had been waiting in front of my house for over 15 minutes. I get that sometimes people mix up my street with the Avenue because I live on a Boulevard, and I wasn't mad at the fact that that may have happened, I'm mad that this rude driver basically told me I was lying and made me miss a specialist appointment that takes 3 months to get. I will officially be taking CTA/Pace from now on.
